Luna Rossa Roast
4 lb Roast (Rump, Round, etc.)
1/2 pint Sour Cream
2 tablespoons Flour
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 cup Selection Original Luna Rossa
Salt & Pepper
Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Put in a roasting pan and brown well on stove top.
In a bowl, combine the sour cream, flour, onions and Selection Original Luna Rossa.
Preheat oven to 300°F and bake roast in the oven for 4 to 41/2 hours.
When done, remove the roast from its juice and serve with roast potatoes and vegetables.
